Bedding Plants are a pivitol product in our business, over the years the nursery infrastructure has changed to accomodate the demand. We pride ourselves on our hardy stocks and diverse range. We currently grow more than 200,000 in the nurseries and sell them through our Warwickshire garden centre shop. During the last 10 years the bedding plant market has seen a change in direction. The majority of plants now sold are used in Pots and Baskets around the garden rather than planting larger areas of borders. Smith's have responded to this change by producing a wide range of traditional and contemporay lines in a diverse range of colours.
Our range of hanging baskets are second to none. We were proud to be the official supplier and floral display contrator to the Royal Show, Stoneligh, Warwickshire over 10 years Smith's were the official Floral Display Contractors for the Roya for more than ten years. We produce over 1000 quality hanging baskets in the spring of which over half are repeat orders from the previous year. We always recommend ordering hanging baskets in advance as stock sells very quicky from Mid May onwards.
